Hi there James, Well done on completing another activity! That's great to hear that you would like to compete in waka ama. I agree you have to be very strong and it requires a lot of team work. Have you been in any water sports before? I used to participate in a water sport similar to waka ama called dragon boating and it was a lot of hard work but so much fun as well! Looking forward to reading more of your blog posts.
