Fractions of a Number

Today I done fraction practice this one was easy because you just divide and times the fraction to get the answer.

The hard part was to get the hang of the strategy because it looked hard but it was actually quite easy.

The easy part  was getting the hang of it, because to get the hang of stuff for me I just have to go over and over with the question.

Here is a picture of my workings....

Adding and Subtracting Fractions

Today I done some really hard maths. It was hard because i've never been taught how to add and subtract. I got some help from one of my family members to talk it over with me and say how it works.

The hard part was mostly everything because I don't know how to add and subtract fractions but in the end I go the hang of it.

Here is a picture of my working in my maths book and slide.

Adding Decimals With Hundreths

Yesterday I done some maths, you click on a video and it shows you how to add decimals with hundredths. I learnt 2 new strategies of this video, one of the strategy that I learnt was adding the decimals and splitting them up and then add them up.

The hard part about this was the split strategy because it was one of the hard strategies to learn.

The easy part was the strategy when you add them up because i'm good at pluse's and carrying the number.

Here is a picture of the workings and the link to the video
