Today we got to have a go on the apparatus's. The apparatus's included a trampoline, a mini trampoline, parallel bars, bar, floor/mat, and the beam. We have been doing this for a couple of weeks now and we have considered to do a blog post about gymnastics.
Trampoline :
1. Tuck jump
2. Front somersault
3. Back somersault
4. Knee jump
Mini trampoline:
1. Tuck jump
2. Jump on mat and land
3. 360 turn
4. Somersault
Floor/Mat:
1. Handspring
2. Hand stand
3. Head stand
4. Cartwheel
Beam:
1. One foot balance
2. One foot walk
3. Two foot walk
4. Two foot balance
Parallel bars:
1. Knee tuck
2. Circle up
3. Roll of bar
4. Hang of bar with legs hanging up
