Colors of cars on Carmen Road
Today i'm showing you my pie chart that I made with spreadsheets.
To get this data we went outside and walked to the gates, over the gates were Carmen road. Our teacher told us to get a buddy and count the color of cars and put them on our sheet in tally form. This is the data that we got. The picture tells us that blue is 18.5% and white is 25.2 and so on. To create this pie chart we went onto a spreadsheet and put the tally down then highlight the data (except the total), after that go click on insert at the top of the spreadsheet, then it will say chart click on chart and then you can pick your chart style add labels, change title, change the colors of the chart and much more.
The hardest part about making the chart that it was confusing because it was hard to get used to using it and know how to use it.
The easy part was that it was fun to make because you could change the color of the chart and do all sorts of things with it.

Hi James
ReplyDeleteYou have made a really great posting here! You have shown a good understanding of how to make pie charts using Google Sheets. Well done. I particularly liked how you explained the hardest parts and the most fun parts.
