Hero Narrative

This week we have been working on and creating a narrative about hero's, my hero is Jacinda Ardern because she is a true hero and leader.
This is my hero narrative that I have been writing about below...

“COVID COVID!” the tv reporter yells, “oh no what are we going to do?says Mum in a frightened voice, as the tv screen switches to the news “lockdown level will be needed as the days go by”, says Jacinda Ardern.

A couple days go by…

“18 new covid cases, in the Hornby rest home cluster”, says Dr Ashley Bloomfeild, now that’s when Jacinda Ardern knew she had to step - up and had to be a hero for her country…

6 hours go by….

“Lockdown level 4!” says Jacinda Ardern nervously, Mum and Dad weren't very happy about it, but it had to be done.

4 days go by…

“Online school boys” Mum says, Jacob “sighs” in frustration, because Jacob thought it would be a free holiday for him, after that I get up and get my chromebook ready for online classes. “2 more Linwood cluster cases” Dr Ashley Bloomfeilds says, “when is this ever gonna end” says Dad

1 and a  half months go by…

“Level 2!” Jacinda Ardern says happily, “were free!” says the family in enjoyment. Back” to school” says Mum.
